ORANGE BLOSSOM SOCIETY CELEBRATES TWO-YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH OPEN HOUSE AND FREE CLASSES

(Redmond, WA) – Orange Blossom Society, a social hub and enrichment center for families, will celebrate its two-year anniversary with an open house on Thursday, September 15 from 4:00-6:30pm. Families with children ages 12m-10yrs are welcome to drop-in to tour the facility, meet the instructors, play in the Open Play area, and participate in sample classes. The event will offer light refreshments and a chance for children to participate in activities such as art, yoga or language mini classes.

Orange Blossom Society, which opened in September 2009, has been voted ‘Best of Redmond – Kids Activity’ for 2010 & 2011 by Redmond Reporter as well as ‘Best of 425’ in the categories of Best Birthday Party Place * Best Kid-Friendly Destination * Best Family-Friendly Activity by 425 Magazine for 2011. The company has become a valuable resource for families in the community to engage in social acvities, classes, camps and birthday parties.

Kristi Cosper an Orange Blossom Society member comments, “Having three children, Orange Blossom Society is a wonderful place where each child can have a special experience under one roof. As a parent I appreciate the comfortable ‘living room’ with Wi-Fi & coffee – it’s been a refuge on many rainy days!”

The Orange Blossom Society’s facility has recently improved upon their already unique and comfortable space by creating a larger space for group classes, adding an additional art studio for toddlers, and doubling the size of the outdoor Children’s Garden space. “It’s really a gem in downtown Redmond. The combination of indoor charm and outdoor space creates a really special place to work and play. I feel blessed to enjoy it with everyone” says Sharman Ghio, Founder and Managing Director.
